I joined Paul Popham Running Club in 2016, shortly after completing a ‘Couch to 5k’ course. With the help and encouragement of the club’s leaders, I ran my first Half Marathon in 2017 – something I never thought I could achieve.
I’ve been a member for over 10 years now, and I’m a leader myself too. In that time I’ve seen my experience repeat itself so many times!
It’s a great club for people who want a friendly, supportive and easy-going environment in which to develop their own running story.
