The Paul Popham Running Club provides a variety of running programs which cater for the varied abilities of runners and non-runners.

Our running programs are designed to ensure that anyone who joins the club can enjoy the benefits running can give them, thanks to our qualified running group leaders whom use their experience and knowledge to encourage everyone to learn to run for life.

Please make sure you have chosen the correct running program for yourself before making your booking and remember it does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.
