The running club provides various 8 week programs to ensure that anyone who joins a the program can enjoy the benefits running can give them, thanks to our qualified running group leaders whom use their experience and knowledge to encourage non-runners to Learn 2 Run 4 Life.
We have programs for people whom have never run, people who can run 5k, as well as runners who want to run to half marathon distances.
Each program covers an 8 week period and are held at 360 Beach and Watersports Cafe in Swansea (SA2 0AY).
Here is a brief overview of each program:
- Our Level 1 Program is to help those who want to run, can’t run, used to run to help you achieve personal goals, meet other beginners and encourage each other to enjoy the benefits running gives you!
- Our Level 2 Program is a continuation from Level 1, taking our Beginners on a progressive path to completing a 5k run in their own time with technical and fitness training. To join Level 2 you must have completed our Level 1 Program.
- Our Level 3 Program is for those who can complete a 3mile or 5k run continuously without stopping. We will support you to develop your running fitness and technique to get you to the next stage of your running ability – 10k!
- Our Level 4 Program is for those who can complete a 5 mile run continuously without stopping. We will support you to develop your running fitness and technique to get you to the next stage of your running ability – half marathon!
